I’m Henry Malton, an entrepreneur and innovator with a passion for driving business success through technology. We specialise in helping businesses optimise their operations with cutting-edge AI automation solutions, focusing on improving efficiency, enhancing customer service, and fostering growth.

With years of experience across diverse industries, from founding an online grocery delivery service to working in property investment and AI, my approach combines technical expertise with a customer-first mentality. We offer a range of AI-driven tools designed to seamlessly integrate into your business, including automated scheduling, lead generation, AI-powered voice agents, and CRM integrations.

In 2018, I turned down university offers to launch a local online grocery delivery service focused on supporting regional suppliers. The venture gained significant recognition, featuring on BBC Newcastle, Look North, and The Chronicle, and earned a nomination for the 2019 North East Young Executive of the Year Award. While the business was eventually closed due to sustainability challenges, the experience was invaluable in shaping my entrepreneurial mindset.

My journey has also included roles in B2B and B2C sales, marketing, recruitment, courier for companies like Amazon and DHL and even working as a taxi driver for Uber. More recently, I ventured into the property industry as a deal packager and project manager, helping investors tap into the North East’s thriving market. My commitment to continuous learning led me to achieve an ITOL Accredited Level 5 in Property Investing in May 2024.
